Rishikesh, India is a place very near and dear to my heart. I have traveled all over India on many occasions… both for my own spiritual pursuit and for the sheer excitement and experience of immersing myself in the richness of this land. 

But the holy city of Rishikesh is the one spot I return to again and again.

Rishikesh is a place of pilgrimage for thousands of people every year. It is one of the holiest cities in India, located on the banks of the sacred Ganga river, but it is also known as “The Yoga Capitol of the World” and many people (myself included) come here to take part in all sorts of retreats and trainings for things such as yoga, meditation, sound healing and Ayurvedic medicine, just to name a few. 

Now, after holding many magical retreats myself and seeing the transformation that ensues,
I feel a strong pull to bring my work to this sacred land, knowing it will be a profound ‘coming home’ for many of us.

Rishikesh is a very safe city, full of vibrant temples, restaurants, shopping, and sacred sites.
There are endless ceremonies and events, and of course just the ambience of India itself will fill your senses with awe, excitement and wonder.

And the Divine Mother, Ma Ganga herself?

Well, she is why seekers have come here for time immemorial. On my last trip here I sat on her banks for countless hours and found an incredibly deep connection to the sacred energy of this river, which has further supported my journey and deeply infused itself into my being.

I will be holding our retreat at the beautiful Antalya Rishikesh, a place where you can comfortably rest, relax and
integrate the deep inner work we will be doing.

This beautiful space is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short walk to the river, and
all of our rooms will have a view of the mystical Ganga river.

During the retreat itself:

• We will dive deep into the energy work, tapping into and finding a strong connection to the tangible energies of this sacred land.
• We will go on engaging excursions for both spiritual inspiration and pure enjoyment.

Other Things to Consider Before Booking

•You will need a pre-obtained paper Visa or an e-Visa in order to enter the country and they are easily applied for online. General information for travel to India, including Visa requirements and online application, can be found here.

•Rishikesh is a very safe city and welcomes thousands of people from across the globe every year for pilgrimage, teacher-trainings, retreats and adventure tours, however, India in general has a relatively chaotic feel to it and may be overwhelming at first if you have never traveled to a third-world country.

•You must be in a place of actively pursuing some sort of personal transformation. We will be doing powerful inner work which includes numerous energy transmissions, deep introspection, visits to holy sites and spiritually based excursions… all of this on land where the spiritual energy is quite high. You are strongly encouraged to stay tuned inward and participate only to the extent that your mind/body/spirit are able to integrate. 

•Depending upon where you are traveling from, it is strongly advised that you arrive 1-2 days ahead of time in order to allow your body to adjust to the new time zone. Arrangements can be made to check into our hotel, Antalya, early.

•Antalya is considered to be a luxury hotel by Indian standards, and I have chosen this place so you will be very comfortable as you move through the deep inner work. Please keep in mind this is not an ashram, nor are the staff in any way part of or in full understanding of the type of work we will be doing, however they will be readily available to meet all of your requirements for a comfortable stay. 

•Due to the intense nature of this retreat, it is highly recommended that you give yourself at least an extra few days to relax and integrate before long travels home and re-entering your regular routine.
