Fear or Faith. Which do you choose?
It’s really that simple. When we delve deep into the workings of the mind we have the opportunity to really witness how easily it falls into old, carved out thought patterns that no longer serve any real purpose.
Therefore, one of the biggest tasks – and opportunities for growth- of the spiritual seeker, is the observation of the mind. Every single spiritual lineage has brought us, in one way or another, to this point of reiteration.
Why? Because your thoughts really are the creator of the environment in which you live and how you experience life. And your body -this divine vessel in which your reside- will eventually fall into complete alignment with the mind.. for better or worse.
And so, one of our most important jobs on this spiritual path is to witness our thoughts with great attention and discernment, and to choose wisely what we allow in.
“Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.” -unknown
