We are at a juncture where amidst this great awakening, many people are finding themselves in some state of struggle…. frequent nervous system dysregulation, higher levels of stress creating a chronic, low-grade cortisol release, anxiety and sometimes, even fear. 

So while we welcome the expansion of consciousness, we are also beginning to understand that the process is not an easy one. There is a real biological shift happening, as our bodies, hearts and minds are working to hold and integrate higher frequencies, and the wide and varied states of the lived experience cannot be dismissed. 

This retreat is an offering to consciously help mitigate the parts that struggle, and help you reconnect with your center.
