Such important work… this business of self-exploration, inner transformation, and awakening to the potential of who you truly are.
I am beyond honored to have had the opportunity, once again, to hold space for a group of beautiful, courageous souls who consciously chose to “do the inner work” by attending my “Alchemy Transformation Retreat” in Yelapa, Mexico.
As the days morphed one into the next, the intelligence of spirit shined brighter and clearer through the transmission of energies… flowing, intensifying, and increasing… amplifying our frequency, opening new channels of consciousness, and purifying the physical body.
We laughed. We cried. We held space for the anger, the frustration, the confusion, the bliss, the contentment, the inner peace, and the wonder of it all. We experienced the process of knowledge transforming into wisdom through the vessel of this sacred body and its energetic origins, which creates life itself. And perhaps most importantly, we found a collective, felt-sense level of understanding that what “the other” feels and experiences is, on some profound level, our truth as well.
We marveled at the synchronicities – and there were many – knowing on some deep soul-level that all is in perfect, divine orchestration, and in that knowing, the idea of unity consciousness settles deeper into the knowing of our heart space.
In this profound process, it is so clear that we are supported by the presence of divine beings, as they appear often in such powerful, unique and individual ways. And in the physical realm, I am indebted to all the beautiful and gifted practitioners here in Yelapa who came to assist and support me with their own unique gifts, all of which aid and amplify this sacred energy work.
That I have the privilege of holding this kind of container over and over again, and that I get to be witness to the myriad of ways in which self-knowledge continuously finds its way into full consciousness, fills me with profound gratitude, deep humility, and a unwavering understanding that I am unquestionably living my dharma.
