During the transmission, you simply lie down with your eyes closed, relax fully and listen to the music I curate specifically for the journey. I will focus on each participant individually and transmit the energy to you, and together we create a strong, healing field of cosmic kundalini energy. The online sessions are a viable means of energy transmission and many people report profound experiences having only ever received online transmissions.
This transmission begins with a short guided meditation to help you find full presence and a grounded connection as a starting point. Then, Barbara begins channeling high-frequency energies from celestial guides, aided by the transmission of encoded light language. People have a wide range of responses, and many find their own powerful connection to higher realms, expanded states of consciousness, or an awareness of divine presence. The only requirement from you is an openness and willingness to receive.
These Intensives are a way for you to take the exploration of energy and the expansion of consciousness to a deeper level. The catalyst of the workshop is the combination of an EXTENDED LBA transmission followed by the transmission of Cosmic Consciousness.
This prolonged exposure to the LBA energy is an accelerant to the purification and upgrade process, and its this extended transmission time paired with an intentional exploration of consciousness that can induce more pronounced transformation. Most people report profound shifts after these workshops.

Barbara offers regular in-person group transmissions of both Light Body Activation and Cosmic Consciousness. Most group sessions will take place where she resides in Yelapa, Mexico, a beautiful, small coastal town 45 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta.
