Over the last many months, I, like many of you, have been moving through a deep evolution, and one of the things that has surfaced for me with great clarity as a “next level” was to begin offering Facilitator Trainings.
This idea has been presented to me countless times over the last several years, as many people I have worked with have asked about this possibility.
And every time, I emphatically declined even the idea. My dharma, as I saw it then, was simply to contribute to the awakening of others through my transmissions, opening up or widening a pathway, and allowing them to expand on their journey in whatever way suited them best.
And I still feel this way. Only now, ‘whatever way suits them best’ includes broader context and a wider perspective.
One thing I am beginning to see over and over as I look around me, is the deep inner calling people are becoming aware of. A calling to rise up and step fully into the soul-purpose they came here to express.
Many of us on this spiritual path have a strong desire to be in service and of assistance in some deeply meaningful way. Often, this is accompanied by an inner confusion about what, exactly, this soul-purpose is or what it is supposed to look like. But the call to move towards it remains.
Personally, I keep finding that the deeper I move into the spaces of inner-work and self-realization, the innate desire to be of greater service to others becomes the only real method of operation. As we move more into alignment with our own truth and purpose, there is a natural extension of self that desires to be given.
And I see many people around me experiencing this same thing. I hear many people expressing their desire to embellish and deepen skills they already possess, or to open up pathways of healership they know they feel a call towards.
For me, this inner calling now means sharing the skill and art of facilitation, not just for the growth of the individual, but for the awakening of the collective.
Perhaps you too, feel this call and see yourself facilitating energetic awakening for others. Or perhaps you may simply want to dive much deeper into understanding your own energetic-spiritual awakening process in order to see what is waiting to emerge. All motivations are welcome.
I have no desire to create any sort of brand or set of rules that confine peoples capacity. Rather, my wish for anyone interested in this work, is that they find their unique expression of energy transmission that comes from a purity and integrity in their heart, regardless of how they integrate this work into their life.
Looking back on the last couple of years I can see how, although I was already in profound service, I hadn’t yet tapped into this deeper calling of training others. The soul-timing wasn’t yet ready for it to manifest into form.
So while internally things were beginning to fall into alignment, deeper aspects – mental, emotional and energetic – still needed to be transmuted through my own internal process in order to step into holding this kind of space.
And this is the perpetual discernment required of us as we uncover deeper layers of self: seeing and honoring what is truly right for us in any given moment, regardless of what anyone else says or thinks, or what is going on around us.
This requires a profound trust in the divine timing of all things – a timing our higher-selves already understand, but which our human aspects may not care to heed. But eventually, the direction we must go gets crystal clear.
Several months ago, a long-time student of mine approached me and asked if I might consider doing a training for him. And in that moment, my entire system – all aspects of my physical-mental-emotional being as well as my higher consciousness – said YES!
Joyfully, emphatically, yes. And I knew it was time.
And so, here I am. Stepping into a space that I believe I was always meant to step into, but honoring with great reverence, the divine timing of the Universe, that is now ready to bring it into form.
Since making this decision from a deeply aligned state of being, I have felt a powerful guidance moving through me as I prepare for my first “official” training, seeing and feeling the divine support as it creates this container, unfolding from within me.
And I am excited to share it with you!
So it is with great pleasure, an incredible amount of excitement and deep gratitude that I move into this next phase of evolution – a phase that is intended to directly raise the collective field for all of us.
