Hatha Yoga – Slow Flow Practice
I feel so blessed that during this Covid crisis I’m still able to offer out what I love, and that people stuck at home are still able to engage in a yoga practice with me!
Below is a recording from a recent Zoom class… feel free to join at your convenience and share with friends.
And if you find that the practice feels a little too difficult, simply do what you can while maintaining a smooth, consistent awareness of the breath. And don’t forget, child’s pose is always ready and waiting for you should you need it. This alone is a fantastic practice!
As long as we are sheltered in place, I will be offering two Zoom classes per week:
Tuesdays, 8:30-9:30am PST – Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation
Fridays, 8:00-9:00am PST – Hatha Slow Flow
